Founded as Moon
mingailas started the clan with CapyKing10, CaT_345, Volizray and xm4nn_. The rename to The Highway Men came days later, once it was obvious where the work was.
6b6t Nether Crew since 19.10.2024
We dug the Nether highways of 6b6t and paved them in obsidian, five blocks wide. Since 8 May 2026 every world border and every corner of the Overworld can be reached on one.
mingailas founded the clan on 19 October 2024 under the name Moon. It was renamed inside a week, by which point CapyKing10, CaT_345, Volizray and xm4nn_ were already in the Nether and highway work had become the whole point.
The Highway Extension Group had just gone quiet, leaving 6b6t's main axes half-finished. THM picked them up and kept digging, over 100,000 blocks a day at peak. In March 2025 THM and The Watchmen agreed the five-wide standard, and the rest of the server followed.
The clan has changed hands twice and kept working through both. mingailas stepped down in August 2025; xm4nn_ moved up from co-owner and held it until March 2026, then promoted Ryazor. Under all three the axes kept moving outward, and on 8 May 2026 the last of them reached the border.

Late 2024
Crews concentrated on the Nether axes and cleared six figures of blocks daily. THM became the de facto successor to the Highway Extension Group.
Mar 2025
THM and The Watchmen negotiated a single width for all main Nether highways. It was unpopular for about a month, then it was just how highways are built.
21 Mar 2025
Ooranges posted a video of a TNT duplication exploit the clan had been keeping private. It was patched roughly twelve hours later, one of the shortest-lived public dupes on the server.
4 Aug 2025
The founder left the clan and the community after serious allegations. xm4nn_, until then co-owner and one of the first members, took over.
27 Jan 2026
Ooranges retired after building and running Kitbot since February 2025, and handed the bot and all of its code to Leon_170709.
30 Jan 2026
Leon_170709 released THM's own Meteor Client add-on. It splits the job in two, digging five-wide tunnels or paving finished ones with obsidian, so crews can divide the work and restock less often.
2 Mar 2026
Every cardinal highway, north, south, east and west, was paved in obsidian all the way out to the Overworld world border.
21 Mar 2026
xm4nn_ retired for personal reasons and promoted Ryazor from co-owner to owner before leaving.
8 May 2026
South-east, the final remaining tunnel, was dug out to 3.75 million blocks. Every world border and every world corner in the Overworld can now be reached on a Nether highway.
Ongoing
The Highway Sabotage Collective walls off multi-thousand block stretches for weeks at a time. Repair crews clear them and the highways stay open.
Eight axes out of spawn — four cardinal, four diagonal — all paved to the Overworld border.
One grid square is three million blocks. The 3.75M marks are where the Overworld border falls in Nether coordinates, which is where every main axis ends.
Negotiated with The Watchmen, then enforced on every main axis. Solid obsidian, odd width, no exceptions.
Six reasons it stuck:
Nobody hands out kits for a 3.75 million block dig. Two tools carry the repetitive half of the work, and both came from inside the clan.
Discord bot
Hands out kits, teleports members to the working end of a highway on demand, and tracks how far each axis has got.
Meteor Client add-on
Digs five-wide tunnels, or paves finished ones with obsidian. Keeping the two jobs separate lets a crew split the work and restock far less often.
beast_machine brought The Watchmen to 6b6t in early 2025 after years on 2b2t. They were the first clan THM signed with, and the pair settled the five-wide standard between them. After that they out-built every group on the server except THM itself.
They ran giveaways at a scale nobody has matched since. The clan closed on 5 April 2026; the highways they extended are still in use.
Named members only, unranked workers are not listed. Greyed = former member.
Routes get assigned, kits get handed out and sabotage gets reported in the Discord. Bring a pickaxe.
